The Master’s degree program (MSc) in Environmental Planning and Environmental Education is addressed to graduates A.E.I. and T.E.I. as well as to executives in the private or public sector who wish to delve into the subjects of Environmental Planning and Environmental Education and Communication.
The program offers:
Full-time studies, which lasts 12 months. Classes take place every Friday afternoon till Sunday noon.
Part-time studies aimed postgraduate students who are full-time employees, the duration of which may not exceed twice the normal course of study.
The total credit (ECTS) required to obtain MSc amount to 75 (seventy-five) and are divided into three periods. Compulsory attendance and successful examination in all modules are a prerequisite for the award of MSc, as described below:
- Semester 1 – three (3) core modules and one (1) elective module.
- Semester 2 – two (2) core modules and two (2) elective modules or alternatively two (2) core modules and a postgraduate thesis.
- in the summer period, completion of two (2) core modules or alternatively the completion of a postgraduate thesis (in case students started the preparation of a postgraduate thesis in Semester 2).
Issues related to student obligations in relation to the attendance of modules, the assessment process and the payment of tuition fees are detailed in the internal regulation of the program.
